Event Description

This workshop will cover the basics of bookkeeping and taxes for your therapy practice. You'll learn about the different business entity types, how much to pay yourself, how to estimate quarterly taxes, and how to maximize your tax deductions.

About our Presenter

Ina Shehu is a new business advisor at Heard: Bookkeeping and Taxes for Therapists, where she helps therapists set up and manage their private practice finances. She previously worked at Wave, a financial software company for small businesses, and at Shopify, the largest e-commerce platform in the United States. 

About Heard

Heard combines smart software with real humans to manage therapists' bookkeeping, taxes, and payroll. On average, Heard saves therapists 60 hours per year in financial record-keeping and $5,400 per year in taxes.

Recording

Can't attend the event, live? Don't worry. We will have a recording of the workshop available to ACBS SoCal members on our website and for non-ACBS SoCal members who register for the event, you'll have 30-day access to the recording from the time of the event.
