Role-Play Skills Group

These sessions will take on an abridged version of the Portland Model. Every session will include a present moment awareness exercise run by one of the group members. Then most of the session will be spent on the role-play. One person will be the Case Presenter (pick a client they are struggling with to role-play), another will be the Skill Builder (therapist), Assistant to Skill Builder (provides support if they get stuck), and Hexaflex Monitor (notes which ACT Processes are addressed during role-play). Afterwards, we'll debrief as a group. If you're nervous don't worry! You can always choose to attend and watch.
