Join us for our  ACT Peer Consultation Group, where each meeting will focus on one of the core processes from the ACT Hexaflex. Our ACT Peer Consultation Group is structured to provide members with the opportunity to participate in experiential learning of ACT (and other contextual behavioral therapies as appropriate) and provide and receive feedback. We value structure to keep the group working together from an ACT-consistent perspective and we also value flexibility and being able to attend to needs as they arise.

The first part of the meeting will be devoted to introductions and announcements, followed by a mix of general questions about the featured ACT process of the month and any specific case consultation questions, viewed through the lens of this process. As needed, role plays and/or experiential exercises will be incorporated along with feedback from the group.

Our ACT Peer Consultation Group qualifies for Psychologist Professional Development CE's under BOP's new CPD Model (1-hour CE per meeting).

While we encourage you to attend all of our consultation group meetings, please feel free to join us for any and/or all of our meetings, and at any point throughout the year!

Who Should Attend? Anyone interested in learning more about ACT, consulting on clinical cases from an ACT perspective,  in an informal setting, via thought-provoking and stimulating discussions of ACT-relevant topics and themes.

Skill Level: All skill levels are welcome to attend!
